Hostel

Hostel facilities are available for men and women. Strict discipline is maintained inside the hostel. All materials can be purchased from the store in the campus. If any material is not available, arrangements will be made to get them by the staff. In case of any emergency the student-teachers can contact the principal / warden.

Round the clock electricity (by generator also) is available. There are matrons and securities present always in the hostel looking after the needs of the inmates. Inside the college campus we have a community health centre. If any teacher trainee happens to be sick, immediate treatment will be given. If the teacher trainee wants any major treatment, it will be given by the nearest hospital.



Hostel Rules and Regulation
  • Only parents or the person authorized by the parents are allowed to meet the student-teachers in the hostel on Sundays. The parents may meet the inmates everyday from 7.30 am to 8.30 am and 4.30 to 5.30 pm with the permission of hostel warden / matron.
  • Visitors are not allowed to enter the hostel premises.
  • Mobile phones should not be used in the hostel or college campus. The student-teachers are advised not to carry costly articles and ornaments to the hostel.
  • The student-teachers are responsible for the furniture and fittings allotted to them. If any damage is caused, the cost of the same will be recovered from the concerned student-teacher.
  • Outgoing mail can be deposited in the special post box in the hostel.
  • All the student-teachers are expected to maintain the bathroom, the mirror safe. The wastes like soap covers etc, are the deposited in the dust bins kept for that purpose.
  • Disposal of the sanitary towel, napkins or the inmates should be done in the specially provided boxes in the specific toilets. They are not to be thrown anywhere.
  • Variety, Quality, tasty and unlimited vegetarian and not vegetarian food will be supplied in the hostel on dividing system.
  • Student are not permitted to enter the kitchen.
