Hostel Rules and Regulation

Only parents or the person authorized by the parents are allowed to meet the teacher trainee in the hostel on Sundays. The parents may meet the inmates everyday from 7.30 am to 8.30 am and 4.30 to 5.30 pm with the permission of hostel warden / matron.

Visitors are not allowed to enter the hostel premises.

Mobile phones should not be used in the hostel or college campus. The teacher trainees are advised not to possess costly articles and ornaments to the hostel.

The Tr. Trainees are responsible for the furniture and fitting allotted to theme. If any damage is caused cost of the same will be recovered from the concerned Student.

The inmates are provided with well furnished rooms and they are directed to keep the room clean and tidy.

The inmates are provided with STD facilities in premises. They are advised to use it between 6.00 am to 8.00 am and 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm on all working days and 6.00 am to 7.00 pm on holidays.

The inmates are permitted to leave the hostel only after prior permission in writing obtained from the warden.

Inmates should sign the out door visiting register which is with the hostel security staff, when the enter or leave the hostel.

Outgoing mail can be deposited in the special post box in the hostel.

All the inmates are expected to maintain the bathroom, the mirror safe. The wastes like soap covers etc, are the deposited in the dust bins kept for that purpose.

Disposal of the sanitary towel, napkins or the inmates should be done in the specially provided boxes in the specific toilets. They are not to be thrown any where.

Variety, Quality, tasty and unlimited vegetarian and not vegetarian food will be supplied in the hostel on dividing system.

Student are not permitted to enter the kitchen.

The inmates are expected to be in the dining hall as soon as the bell rings. Only the required amount of food should be taken in the plate and wastage of food must be avoided.

Food should not be carried to the hostel rooms on any account.
